The Rationale
Empowering Young Minds for a Sustainable Future
We catch them young: We want to work with our children STUDYING IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
We bend it like Beckham while still young and help everyone believe and practise equity with the right attitude to bring on the excellence to achieve wonderful results to create a sustainable universe. This is an inculturation we introduce to our children in schools and early learning centres, to make a difference and bring on the radical change. Yes, we create our own destiny and enjoy eternal peace.
We touch, move, transform everyone from the time they start the process of learning and help them to help us create a sustainable universe. Their belief and practice in equity with the right attitude helps them to be excellent students to achieve good results along with their peers. There is no last child and slow learner. They become strong, resilient and happy; body, mind and soul while learning all the skills. Their communication and social skills, coupled with love and respect for each other help them gain huge confidence and courage to become achievers and leaders. They invariably walk tall with their chest out and chin held high. With humility and gratitude they contribute towards the creation of a sustainable community for future generations.
Yes, surely, Getsus is all about helping our sisters and brothers to achieve huge results to create a sustainable universe.
Collaborating with Aboriginal Communities - Supporting equity and inclusion
How and why do we work with our First Nation people and what sparked the move is 60/40
The declaration of a 60% majority of our materialistic society in Australia, openly rejected the voice of our Aboriginal sisters and brothers to Parliament. This is the reason we decided to stand up for and with our sisters and brothers by starting GETSUS. We are happy that 40% of Australians are with us and this encourages us to seriously to take on the task of converting the entire population to believe and practice equity to bring on the excellence all around the Continent to achieve huge results to create a sustainable Australia for our own children and the grandchildren.
Building a “Centre for Change” - cultivating healthy lifestyles and strong community bonds
Charity begins at home
The biggest challenge is to touch move and transform our own Aboriginal children, young people and the general population. Learning equity and excellence is the key to unlock their respect and love primarily for themselves, and each other. Aboriginal sisters and brothers have gone astray through no fault of their own.
They need to get their way of life and routine right:
- To inculcate good habits/attitude and form their character.
- To live healthy in body, mind and soul/spirit.
- To feel happy to come together and trusting each other:
- To learn from each other, to appreciate, promote and celebrate each other.
- To Support each other, be happy for their success and have fun together,
- To Recreate, to dance freely, yarn happily to provide happiness and eat the local tucker.
Creating a safe and inclusive gathering space
The need for a “Centre”
Restricted and posh places are sure to deter them to congregate together. We therefore, have inclusively decided after numerous deliberations with various Aboriginal groups/Elders that, we settle on a Centre to bring people safe and secure together. This Centre will have recreation facilities and offer various skills training and soft skills. We will be able to carry out research and development. We are still searching for a group to partner with and be successfully, able to open a model of such a “centre” for the benefit of Aboriginal sisters and brothers.
The children, young people and the families will voluntarily come together in this Centre to do their own things to bring on the change they are planning in the routine of their own lives. It will still be the Safe Place and a place to be. Learning to respect, love and care for each other is the key to all round happiness to be experienced in the Centre. It will be a place of welcome to all those who walk in. The skills training program is achieved through an experiential living labs and on the job training. They will naturally follow a peer learning and expanded learning methods. They will learn through applied sciences, ICT, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence. They will be exposed to all different modern technologies and methodologies. They deserve the best and they are second to none. We will be culturally sensitive, avoid restricted spaces, theoretical and irrelevant learning. The thought of stolen generation and the abusive practices have caused unforgettable havoc in their lives. Schools, forced boarding places and cultural changes are a nightmare for all of them.
Helping people to help themselves to be self-determined to safeguard their dignity and self-respect is a meaningful way to bring the difference or change in their lives. Our Centre with all its activities, training, research and human resources development will help them to turn around slowly and surely. Their contribution by believing and practising equity with the right attitude to bring on Excellence helps them to achieve results to create a sustainable universe for their future generations.
Global equity towards a sustainable universe
The Centre we are building to help achieve our consulting goal is a world class pioneering model to be emulated by the rest of the country Australia and the world at large. The families will be together and doing their own activities in their own spaces. It is an all-inclusive concerted effort. This is an initiative to create a learning platform of all nature where people learn to gainfully contribute to the community through self-determination and safeguarding their own dignity by creating a sustainable universe for all.
