We are all created to be equal and every religion in this world is based on loving kindness. Australians are humanitarian at heart and have to turn around to correct themselves through their thoughts, words and actions. It’s urgent and our Founder feels that it is a “special call” to act differently.

1. The impact of our Consulting Enterprise makes the following happen:
(a) This cost-effective consulting model is geared to grow faster, increase our outreach and be a successful/profitable business.
(b) We do profit sharing in GETSUS PTY LTD.
(c) The attitudinal and behavioral changes in the employers and employees are the end result of our consulting exercises.
(d) The employees take ownership and show responsibility to increase profitability and in turn the employers are obliged to share profits.
(e) The spread of loving kindness helps the community to thrive with peace, prosperity and sustainability.
2. Social Micro Finance:
(a) It is again a Social Enterprise for profit – accepted by UNDP and around the world.
(b) It is always an incorporated company in the eyes of the world – not for profit
3. GETSUS Social Style of MFI (CSL – Club Sustainability League)
(a) Lending policies and protocols are geared to setting up entrepreneurs to succeed and not to fail. We have a moral obligation to the borrowers.
(b) HR Training, Research and Development Centre (First Nation’s Centre for Development) FNCD
(c) Children and Young people Learning Center within FNCD.
(d) Social Club – “Club Sustainability League” CSL like our RSL – this Club is where MFI members and others come to socialize, share their experiences (good and bad) to learn from them. Celebrating successes, festivals/functions and holding Award Ceremonies. Holding conferences and training programs.

We work alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Australia, supporting their journey to gain skills and secure meaningful employment, helping safeguard their dignity and self-respect. Life circumstances are not something any of us choose, and each individual’s path deserves understanding and respect. It is a privilege to collaborate with communities who have faced hardships through no fault of their own. Judging others based on their situations denies the shared humanity we all possess. Instead, we aim to create opportunities and celebrate the strength and resilience that lies within every person.
