Chance for change: Supporting our Indigenous sisters and brothers

With a 40/60 chance, we are committed to providing support to our Aboriginal sisters and brothers. This effort requires both creativity and compassion, ensuring that transformative opportunities are accessible and impactful.

The model centers: Creating sustainable transformation

Our Model Centers are designed to drive major transformation in the lives of our Aboriginal communities. A dedicated team will manage these centers, alongside a focused fundraising team, to kickstart the journey toward self-sufficiency. These centers will eventually become profitable and self-sustainable, and after establishing their own “Fountations”, we can transition ownership to Aboriginal groups like “Mingaletta.” We will continue to support them remotely, ensuring that programs such as skills development, learning centers, and women’s welfare initiatives continue to thrive.

Social microfinance: a key to social enterprise

Unlike traditional microfinance, which often prioritizes profit and can create stress and hardship, our Social Microfinance model fosters a “win-win” situation for our communities. We practice responsible, productive lending, supported by:

  • Training Programs: Equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge
  • Research Center: Driving insights to enhance our services
  • Community Club: Providing a space for shared experiences, learning, and support
  • Second Chances: Offering assistance for those in need of a fresh start

Our model of equity and “loving kindness” ensures that this microfinance approach brings hope and resilience to all involved.

The universal transformation is the result of a trusted and happy team together in Getsus
